The initial focus for the first 4 months will be centred on Technology and IT workstreams, establishing the foundations for the wider business integration programme. The integration programme will span across multiple business functions and is anticipated to consist of 12-14 workstreams. The programme will be managed primarily from Birmingham, and you will be typically expected to be onsite 1-2 days per week.
