Location: Warwickshire (2 days per week onsite)

We are currently working with an established and well-known organisation who require an Identity & Access Management SME, to work on a large-scale migration project, which is expected to run well into 2027. The client is mobilising a Records Management System (RMS) Replacement Programme. This is anticipated to be one of the largest and most complex change programmes the client has undertaken for many years.

Responsibilities

  • As the IAM specialist, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and assuring identity lifecycle management and access controls across for Niche RMS, and connected system’s IAM requirements, such as National Identity and Access Management (NIAM), SailPoint, Active Directory (AD).
  • The role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems in line with operational and regulatory requirements.

Skills and experience required

  • Proven experience delivering Identity and Access Management solutions
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft EntraID, Active Directory and directory integrations
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, accounting, and identity governance
  • Understanding of policing roles, vetting, and access control requirements
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise and policing systems (Highly Desirable)

Due to the sensitive nature and timeframe of the role, the successful candidate must currently hold NPPV3 clearance and be willing to travel 2 days per week onsite to Warwickshire. Please consider these factors before applying for the role.
