Rate: Negotiable/Market Day Rate (Inside IR35)

Our leading consultancy client is setting up a GitLab-based DevOps toolchain (with IBM DBB + UCD) across 4 different Business Units (countries) - each with its own Mainframe environment. To provide detailed setup inputs (precise software, network, etc. details).

The successful candidate will be an experienced zDevOps Specialist, with hands-on experience setting up GitLab-based Mainframe toolchains.

Program: Programme GitLab-based IBM Z DevOps toolchain setup across four countries using IBM DDB and IBM UrbanCode Deploy.

Engagement focus: Hands-on toolchain setup leadership, infrastructure input definition, environment design and delivery coordination.

The ideal candidate will have experience in most of the following:

  • Strong experience working as a zDevOps SME/Solutions Architect
  • Strong IBM Z/OS integration knowledge across build, deployment, security and connectivity requirements.
  • Ability to define precise infrastructure setup inputs, including software prerequisites, network connectivity, ports, certifications.
