TXP is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee ESEL installation projects across retail and supermarket sites in the UK. This hands-on role combines team leadership, installation expertise, customer liaison, and project administration to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You will lead on-site installation teams, allocate workloads, monitor progress, ensure quality, train installers, conduct site checks, and maintain daily reports.
