Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Junior Service Design Assistant to support projects through service design, transition and operational readiness. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills and an interest in service management to help improve documentation, support models and project handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend project meetings and support teams with service design guidance.
  • Review service design documents and recommend improvements.
  • Create support models and transition pages for projects.
  • Work with project managers to track completed transition tasks.
  • Create, review and update project and service wikis with support team leads.

Key Experience:

Essential:

  • ITIL experience
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Desirable:

  • ITIL qualification
  • Confluence experience
  • ServiceNow experience.
