Overview
CyberArk Professional Services Consultant — Full-time Permanent. Must be eligible for SC clearance. Base location can be London/Middlesex/North Yorkshire, predominantly home working with travel to client sites as required. Candidates must be UK based. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning IT solutions provider during a period of significant growth.
The UK-based CyberArk certified Professional Services Consultant will work with high-profile public sector clients and provide first-class technical assistance to all members of the Security Sales Teams, with emphasis on post-sales deployment and installation of the solution sold.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales deployment and installation support for CyberArk solutions.
- Collaborate with Security Sales Teams to ensure successful delivery to clients.
- Engage with public sector clients, delivering technical guidance and best practices.
- Assist in integration and configuration activities as required.
Experience / Qualifications
- CyberArk Guardian certified – Essential
- Demonstrable experience working as a CyberArk Professional Services Consultant
- Sound knowledge of CyberArk PAM administration
- Experience with installation of CyberArk PAM On Premises and Privilege Cloud
- Upgrade of CyberArk PAM components across major and minor versions
- Integration of CyberArk with Active Directory, SMTP, SIEM systems
- Knowledge of integration with 2FA using SAML, Radius
- CyberArk scripting experience using PACLI and REST API
- Configuration of CyberArk PSM Connection Components including for Web applications
- Proficient working knowledge of Windows operating systems
