With an ambitious build-and-buy strategy leading to strong growth targets, we are looking for an exceptional Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team, reporting directly into the Group CFO. This critical position will deliver strategic input and legal oversight across a dynamic, high-growth business spanning technology safeguarding compliance (data protection, information security, frameworks); and resolving people and commercial disputes pragmatically while enabling growth. This role can be completed in a hybrid way, spending 2-3 days a week in our Birmingham-Fort Dunlop offices.
Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle Management – Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a range of commercial agreements: MSAs, SaaS/customer/vendor contracts, supply and partnership agreements, NDAs, licensing deals, reseller/distribution arrangements, and data-processing agreements (GDPR).
