Requirements
- Experienced Copilot Studio SME with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience designing, developing, and optimising AI agents and conversational experiences
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform integrations
- Experience building and enhancing workflows using Power Automate
- Experience supporting solutions built with Power Apps and Dataverse
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases
- Ability to provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance across Copilot and agent technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and optimisation skills
- Ability to support knowledge transfer and upskilling of internal teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop and configure custom AI agents and conversational experiences
- Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services
- Build and enhance workflows using Power AutomateSupport the development of solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases
