We're seeking an experienced ITSM Readiness Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end service readiness and transition into live operation on a major programme. This is a delivery‑critical role, ensuring all ITSM processes, support models, and operational controls are embedded, aligned, and ready for go‑live.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading ITSM readiness and service transition into BAU
- Embedding Incident, Change, and Problem Management in line with ITIL
- Establishing service governance, operational controls, and support models
- Driving readiness assurance, risk mitigation, and service stability
- Coordinating across delivery, service, and support teams to ensure alignment
- Tracking readiness progress and ensuring adherence to programme standards
- Ensuring process adoption and operational handover, not just documentation
Key skills & experience:
- Proven experience delivering ITSM readiness / service transition programmes
- Strong knowledge of ITIL disciplines (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Experience embedding operational processes and governance in live environments
- Background in complex, multi‑team delivery programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to challenge and drive accountability
