Solutions Architect – Contact Centre-as-a-Service
Location: West Midlands – Hybrid Working
Duration: 3 – 6 Months
Market Day Rate – Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Our leading financial services client in the Midlands requires a highly accomplished UK based Solution Architect with proven Cloud based Contact Centre (CCaaS) experience for 3 – 6 months, to look at an exit strategy with a view to standing up a new service, and work on the architecture for the as-is and the designs.
You will be able to speak to vendors/systems providers so must understand the terminology etc. You will be looking at the migration from one platform to another E.G. Cisco, AWS.
Ideally we are looking for a Solutions Architect who has completed a CCaaS/AWS Contact Centre migration program in the past 12 months.
