Overview: TXP is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant / Floorwalker to support a major Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) rollout. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a successful go-live and driving user adoption across the business. The successful consultant will bring strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Field Service, coupled with hands-on experience supporting go-live activities, hypercare, user training, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide floorwalking, hypercare, and end-user support during and following go-live.
- Support business users with day-to-day system queries and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Deliver user adoption initiatives, training sessions, and best practice guidance.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, SMEs, and project delivery teams to optimise processes and maximise system utilisation.
- Gather and document user feedback, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of functional issues with technical and delivery teams where required.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business users during the transition to Dynamics 365 CE.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Demonstrable experience supporting go-live, hypercare, and user adoption programmes.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and work effectively with delivery teams to drive resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong facilitation, training, and knowledge transfer capabilities.
- Experience working directly with business users in a fast-paced project environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or field service organisations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications would be advantageous.
