Requirements

  • Experience architecting and technically leading successful customer solutions using microservices, API management, and Azure or AWS integration (API Management, Service Bus, REST API)
  • Extensive knowledge of the Azure platform and available services, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and explain suitable software options for a business problem
  • Ability to converse with development teams about implementation technicalities
  • Strong understanding of technical challenges in custom development projects, including the SDLC and the role of Dev Ops and pipelines
  • Experience with methods and tools to deliver architecture designs and artefacts
  • Experience in digital transformation and delivering Microsoft-based services
  • Ability to read developer code, preferably C#, to support development teams when needed and ensure architectural principles are followed
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including senior management at Cx O level
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and leadership
  • Proven experience achieving delivery and customer satisfaction targets

Every TXP engagement follows robust solution and project governance, and we offer standardised as a service solutions where appropriate.

This is a part-time solution architect contract for 3 months, working 2 days per week in a hybrid setup with 1 day per week remote and 1 day per week in Birmingham.

The day rate is £600 to £650 outside IR35.
