We're partnering with a leading global banking organisation to hire multiple AI Risk & Controls Analysts to support a high-profile Agentic AI governance programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how AI is safely deployed at scale - working at the intersection of risk, governance, and emerging AI technologies.

You'll be responsible for analysing AI use cases, identifying risks, and helping build a robust and auditable control environment that supports innovation while ensuring compliance and oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse AI (including Agentic AI) use cases, workflows, data flows, and decision points
  • Identify, assess, and document:
    • Risks
    • Control gaps
    • Mitigation strategies
  • Maintain and update risk and control mapping matrices aligned to enterprise frameworks
  • Support remediation tracking and control improvement initiatives
  • Produce clear, high-quality governance, audit, and approval documentation
  • Contribute to management information (MI) and reporting dashboards
  • Facilitate workshops to capture risks, decisions, and actions across stakeholders
  • Ensure traceability, evidence, and lineage are maintained across AI processes
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in:
    • Risk & Controls
    • Technology Risk or Governance
    • Controls analysis within regulated environments
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Experience supporting governance frameworks and remediation activities
  • Ability to work across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Comfortable operating within structured enterprise governance environments
Nice to Have
  • Background in banking or financial services
  • Exposure to:
    • AI governance or Model Risk
    • Technology controls frameworks
    • Enterprise risk management frameworks
