We are partnering with a leading global banking organisation to hire multiple AI Risk and Controls Analysts. The role will involve analysing AI use cases, identifying risks, and helping build a robust and auditable control environment that supports innovation while ensuring compliance and oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse AI (including Agentic AI) use cases, workflows, data flows, and decision points
- Identify, assess, and document:
- Risks
- Control gaps
- Mitigation strategies
- Maintain and update risk and control mapping matrices aligned to enterprise frameworks
- Support remediation tracking and control improvement initiatives
- Produce clear, high-quality governance, audit, and approval documentation
- Contribute to management information (MI) and reporting dashboards
- Facilitate workshops to capture risks, decisions, and actions across stakeholders
- Ensure traceability, evidence, and lineage are maintained across AI processes
