We are looking for an experienced Data Test Manager / QA Lead to provide quality assurance governance across a portfolio of complex data and technology projects. You will be responsible for ensuring testing standards, best practices, and quality processes are consistently applied throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and review Test Strategies and Test Completion Reports
  • Provide test governance and quality assurance across multiple projects
  • Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues
  • Support and mentor Test Leads and QA Engineers
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practice adoption
  • Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
  • Contribute to resource planning, recruitment, and capability development

Required Experience:

  • Proven Test Manager or QA Lead experience
  • Strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience delivering test governance across large, complex programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong risk and quality management experience
  • Experience within data, analytics, or data warehouse environments is highly desirable.
