We are seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to join a high-profile transformation programme within a secure environment. This role requires active SC clearance, proven experience working on central government projects, and the ability to operate in complex, data-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate user research activities to inform product and service development.
- Plan and execute research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Security Specialists) to translate research findings into actionable insights.
- Present findings to stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
- Ensure research outputs drive improvements in user experience and security posture.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a User Researcher within central government projects.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies.
