Our Government Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead (SFIA Level 5) to support a large-scale Agile software engineering programme. This role is ideal for a delivery professional with a strong background in leading complex software development initiatives, managing multiple Agile teams, and driving successful delivery outcomes within fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across Agile software engineering teams.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage RAID logs, governance activities, and stakeholder reporting.
- Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.
- Build strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, and programme leadership.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience operating at SFIA Level 5 as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar.
