We are recruiting an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record of working within UK Central Government. This experience is essential due to the scale, governance and complexity of the programme. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams and technical specialists to shape business needs, define clear requirements and guide delivery from discovery through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage central government stakeholders to understand business needs, processes and challenges
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories, process flows and other Agile artefacts
- Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions
- Support testing through the creation of acceptance criteria and validation of outputs
- Bring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
