Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Power Automate Developer / Consultant to support a project focused on automating starters, leavers and movers processes across HR and IT systems. The role will involve using Sage People as the authoritative source of truth to trigger and manage automated actions across Entra and other business systems, including account creation, amendments, deletions, notifications and updates.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and improve Power Automate workflows for starters, leavers and movers processes.
  • Integrate Sage People with Entra, Zendesk and other business systems.
  • Automate manual account management activities including creating, deleting and amending user accounts.
  • Develop reliable notification and update flows for stakeholders across HR, IT and operations.
  • Assess existing manual processes and identify what can be automated effectively.

Key Skills Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience integrating HR, identity and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra account lifecycle processes.
