CONTRACT TEAM LEADER REQUIRED - ESEL INSTALLATION PROJECTS

Field-Based Contract Role | Retail Supermarket Environments | £240-£260 Per Day

We are currently recruiting experienced Contract Team Leaders to oversee Electronic Shelf Edge Label (ESEL) installation projects across retail and supermarket sites throughout the UK. This is a project-based contract opportunity, ideal for experienced field-based leaders who enjoy working on large-scale retail deployments. You will lead installation teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise installation teams on-site.
  • Allocate workloads and monitor project progress.
  • Ensure installation quality standards are achieved.
  • Train and support installers where required.
  • Conduct quality checks and resolve issues.
  • Act as the main point of contact for store management.
  • Complete daily reporting and site documentation.
