Location: Warwickshire/Remote - One day per week onsite (Wednesdays)

Rate: £900.00 Per Day - Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Our leading financial services client in the Midlands requires a highly experienced Lead Business Architect to support their largest-ever digital transformation initiative, focusing on the following deliverables:

  • Deliverable 1: Commercial Roadmap and sequencing - with Group Change and Ent Arch (ongoing management). Manage Commercial Transformation Roadmap which sets out the sequencing of capability and operating model needs to deliver against the Commercial Growth ambition, covering all elements contributing to Commercial Transformation.
  • Deliverable 2: Deliver Commercial Business Plan as per their milestones for Bus Arch: Input into the program/R3 planning and target product model design. Lead the Business Architecture elements of Group Change process for the Strategic commercial capability areas relevant EIA's and Business Architecture artefacts for successful transition through stage gates, along with trade off views for approaches.
  • Deliverable 3: Support Commercial e2e design activity - with Ent Arch (up to Q3).
  • Deliverable 4: Digital Strategy for Commercial business - working with Head of Digital (H2).
