TXP is recruiting for a well-rounded and seasoned Midlands Business Analyst with strong Data Modelling/IBM Master Data Management experience to work onsite for our leading Midlands-based financial services client. This is a superb opportunity to join the TXP BA practice, working onsite with our Financial Services client in Warwickshire as part of their Master Data Management team within Customer Applications and Data, working with Architecture, Design, business, and IBM stakeholders.
This role is to support the increase in demand from projects and business change initiatives. Our client currently has a significant number of change programmes in key areas of our business including projects in digital customer management, finance, general insurance policy management systems and regulatory change. Our client is replacing their existing MDM with IBM's MDM Advanced Edition, also taking their Business Automation Workflow data stewardship module.
You will be working with these tools to elicit requirements which support the new MDM implementation which will consolidate customer and contact data from different systems, standardize and enrich data prior to match and merge and create a golden record for each contact.
Ideal experience:
- Strong Business Analysis background
- Strong experience with Data Models
- Experience working on IBM MDM systems - highly desirable
- IBM MDM Advanced Edition - Business Automation Workflow data stewardship module - strong functional knowledge of the tool - desirable
- Agile, Waterfall methodology experience
- Experience of process mapping tools
- Solid knowledge of Business Analysis, including the application of appropriate tools and techniques
- Knowledge and experience documenting requirements using Use Cases/UML or User Stories and BPMN for processes
- Experience of establishing effective relationships with and influencing stakeholders
