About the Role: As a Trainee Field Service Engineer, you'll be out on the road, visiting customers' homes to diagnose and repair household appliances. You'll be the friendly face of Hotpoint, helping people get their appliances back up and running.
- Driving your own Hotpoint van to customer appointments
- Diagnosing and repairing appliances like tumble dryers, electrical cookers, washing machines
- Providing top-notch customer service

Your Training Journey: We'll fully support you from day one with a blend of classroom learning, hands-on experience, and on-the-job training:
- Welcome Induction (2 days) - Meet your team, collect your equipment, and learn key safety info
- Shadowing - Join an experienced engineer on the road to see the job in action
- Phase 1 Training (2 weeks) - Technical training at our specialist centre in Peterborough
- On-the-Job Learning (6 - 9 months) - Build your skills with real customers
- Phase 2 Training (1 week) - Level up your knowledge learning another appliance
