Customer Solution Architect
We are looking for a commercially aware and consultative Customer Solution Architect (CSA) to take full ownership of solution design throughout the pre‑sales lifecycle.
Working closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Delivery teams, you will act as the technical lead and trusted solution owner across client engagements, from early qualification and discovery through to handover into delivery.
A key part of the role is developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, the challenges they face, and the outcomes they are trying to achieve.
You will combine this insight with a strong understanding of TXP’s capabilities to design solutions that go beyond expectations.
You will bring experience in at least one of the following sectors: Financial Services, Insurance, or Public Sector, allowing you to engage credibly with clients and shape solutions that reflect their regulatory, operational, and strategic priorities.
You will also contribute to the ongoing development of TXP’s propositions, ensuring they remain relevant, differentiated, and commercially strong.
