Level 1 Desktop Engineer x2 - Windows 11 Migration Project
Location: Wimbledon, London
Start Date: ASAP / 20th October
Duration: Until 20th November
Rate: £160-£175 per day (Inside IR35), depending on experience and skillset
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
The Opportunity
We're seeking two Level 1 Desktop Engineers to join a Windows 11 migration project based onsite in Wimbledon.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting device and user migrations to Windows 11
- Hardware deployment, installation, and setup
- User account configuration and onboarding
- Providing Level 1 desktop support to end users
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Incident logging, investigation, and resolution
- Managing user and device configurations throughout the migration process
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Desktop Support, IT Support or Deployment role
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments
- Experience with migration, deployment, rollout, or refresh projects
