HR & Duties Replacement Programme Enhancement

Overview
Our client is delivering a major transformation programme to replace existing HR and Duties capability (Origin) with a new strategic workforce management platform comprising Oracle Fusion and Crown DMS. The new solution will become the system of record for workforce, organisational, and employee data.
We are seeking an experienced Interface Engineer to take ownership of the integration workstream, providing technical leadership across interface architecture, design assurance, implementation, testing and deployment activities.
Essential Skills & Experience
- NPPV3 Clearance
- Proven experience as an Interface Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar integration-focused role.
- Strong background designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations.
- Experience delivering API-led integration's and middleware-based solutions.
- Experience delivering integration solutions across complex business-critical environments. Ability to review and challenge third-party technical designs. Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management experience. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Experience supporting testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities.

- REST APIs
- Web Services
- File-based integrations
- ETL/data transformation processes
- Enterprise integration patterns
Desirable Experience
- Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations.
- Crown DMS integrations.
- SailPoint integrations.
- iTrent integrations.
- Event-driven architecture and messaging technologies.
- Public sector, emergency services, or policing environments.
