- We are seeking an experienced
- Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical
Operating Model workstream within a large-scale regulatory transformation programme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery from design through implementation and transition into Business as Usual (BAU), ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires a seasoned project professional with a strong background in regulatory change programmes ,
Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation , and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the Operating Model workstream from design through implementation and successful transition into BAU.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation where required.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance, including Steer Co updates and executive-level reporting.
- Ensure effective scope management, change control, delivery assurance, and traceability across the project lifecycle.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, data, and regulatory functions.
- Facilitate workshops, decision-making forums, and working groups to support programme objectives.
- Coordinate delivery activities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment to programme timelines and outcomes.
- Manage project backlogs and delivery tracking using JIRA and associated project management tools.
- Support broader programme objectives through effective project management practices and leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in
Senior Project Management roles within complex transformation programmes.
- Proven track record delivering projects using
Hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodologies .
- Strong experience delivering regulatory change programmes within large, complex organisations.
- Hands-on experience leading
Target Operating Model (TOM) and Operating Model design and implementation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of
JIRA , backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
- Expertise in project planning, RAID management, dependency management, and delivery governance.
- Experience producing and presenting governance materials for
Steering Committees (Steer Co) and Executive stakeholders.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of scope management, change control processes, and delivery assurance frameworks.
- Experience working within
Data Management and Data Governance environments, including
- Data Dictionary Management
- Taxonomy Frameworks
- Metadata Management
- Data Lineage
- Data Quality (DQ)
