We’re hiring a People Partner to shape workforce strategy, drive change, and lead complex ER activity in a large, high-profile public sector organisation.

People Partner (6-Month FTC) | Public Sector | £55K | Cornwall

We’re looking for an experienced HR leader to join on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite presence in the South West of England, so you’ll need to be UK-based with the right to work.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce strategy & OD initiatives
  • Lead on change programmes, TUPE, and complex ER matters
  • Drive workforce planning, analysis & performance improvement
  • Coach and influence leaders in a public sector environment

What we need:

  • MCIPD (or equivalent) qualified with strong HR/OD expertise
  • Specialist knowledge of employment law (qualification desirable)
  • Experience in large, public sector settings (NHS a plus)
  • Track record in ER, TUPE & workforce transformation
  • Line management experience is desirable
