Job Overview: We are working with a large-scale organisation that requires a D365/CRM Consultant to join the organisation in a stand-alone role. You will be solely responsible for all D365/CRM related tasks and will work as a consultant on Sales and Marketing Modules. You will be heavily involved in configuration, customisation, workflows and integration work. This is not a full-development role, but it will include some development-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Configuration, customisation, workflow design and integration for D365/CRM solutions, primarily focused on Sales and Marketing Modules.
- Provide consultancy on best practices and design principles for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
- Participate in occasional onsite visits to Shropshire (once per month).
Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven experience as a D365/CRM Consultant and customisation.
- Strong experience with Sales and Marketing Modules.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and industry best practices.
- Experience with CRM integration using REST APIs and other methods.
- Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions and Azure services a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
