Overview
In this role you will lead delivery for a digital transformation programme within a government context, driving plans, governance and cross‑team coordination. You will work with Policy.AI and senior stakeholders to prioritise delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure effective reporting and assurance. The role offers exposure to cross‑government collaboration and multi‑disciplinary delivery. You will shape delivery outcomes that support policy delivery and digital transformation at scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones and schedules.
- Coordinate activities across the Policy.AI team and multidisciplinary roles.
- Support delivery priorities, reporting and decision-making with senior stakeholders.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and actions across programme activities.
- Support governance, reporting and assurance requirements, including engagement with AI PMO and DG groups.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, workshops and cross-government collaboration activities.
Key requirements
- Extensive experience in project or programme delivery within a complex organisational environment.
- Experience developing and managing delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams including business analysts, user researchers, technical specialists and delivery partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement of senior leaders and cross‑organisational teams.
