Overview
In this role you will own the integration workstream for a major HR transformation, shaping how a new workforce management platform (Oracle Fusion and Crown DMS) becomes the system of record for data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement and deploy enterprise-scale integrations, leveraging API-led approaches and middleware. You will review third-party designs, manage suppliers, and ensure readiness through testing and governance. This role offers a hands-on engineering focus with strategic impact on transformation delivery and data integration quality.
Responsibilities
- Own the integration workstream across architecture, design assurance, implementation, testing and deployment
- Provide technical leadership on interface architecture and integration solutions
- Review and challenge third-party technical designs
- Engage stakeholders and manage suppliers to ensure delivery quality
- Support testing, deployment and operational readiness activities
Key requirements
- Proven experience as an Interface Engineer or Integration Engineer
- Strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations
- Experience delivering API-led integrations and middleware-based solutions
- Experience across complex, business-critical environments
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience supporting testing, deployment, and operational readiness
- NPPV3 Clearance
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, file-based integrations, ETL/data transformation, enterprise integration patterns
