We are seeking a highly organised Bid Project Manager (BPM) to coordinate and manage the production of competitive and compelling bids across the UK, particularly within the education and technology sectors.

The Role: The Bid Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the full bid lifecycle – from opportunity identification and planning through to submission and review. The successful candidate will support the leadership team in ensuring all tenders are well-coordinated, meet deadlines, and reflect the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage bid timelines, schedules, and project plans.
  • Organise and lead bid meetings (kick-offs, reviews, and status updates).
  • Maintain and manage a structured and up-to-date bid content library.
  • Track submissions, provide regular updates, and escalate any risks.
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant, accurate, and well-presented.
  • Provide support during contract negotiation and handover phases.
  • Produce regular reports on bid activity and pipeline performance.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a bid coordination or project management role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and bid portals.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools.
