We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor with strong TUPE expertise to join our team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting managed service transitions and employee transfers, ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-focused TUPE mobilisations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support end-to-end TUPE processes — from due diligence and consultation to onboarding and post-transfer integration.
- Partner with managers, employee representatives, and legal advisors to ensure every transfer runs seamlessly and in line with legislation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders across the business, providing guidance on HR policy, performance, wellbeing, and engagement.
- Drive initiatives that enhance culture, talent development, and operational excellence.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing TUPE transfers and mobilisations, ideally within managed services, telecoms, engineering, or logistics sectors.
- A strong HR generalist background (minimum 3 years), with confidence in employee relations, performance, and change management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
