Job function
This role is ideal for an organised and creative marketing professional who enjoys managing campaigns from concept through to execution.
Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and regional teams, you will help deliver engaging campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase customer engagement and support revenue growth.
You will be involved in digital marketing, content creation, email marketing, social media, events, campaign reporting and marketing automation while contributing towards TXO's global sustainability message.

- Campaign Management
- Plan, coordinate and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Deliver campaigns supporting product launches, solutions, services and regional sales initiatives.
- Manage campaign schedules, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate campaign assets with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet agreed objectives.
- Digital Marketing
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns.
- Support website updates and landing page creation.
- Assist with SEO and digital advertising initiatives.
- Manage campaign activity across Linked In and other relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign engagement.
- Content Marketing

About You
- 2–4 years' experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Experience managing Linked In business campaigns.
- Good understanding of digital marketing.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Commercially aware and results driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Hub Spot Marketing Hub.
- Experience using Hub Spot CRM.
- Knowledge of marketing automation.
- SEO and Google Analytics experience.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience within telecommunications, technology, IT or engineering sectors.
- Understanding of sustainability and circular economy principles.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
