We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our Networks & Engineering division on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, junior administrator, or someone looking to move into a professional office-based role within a fast-growing telecommunications and technology business.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Programme teams, Finance, and operational support functions to help coordinate and deliver projects for major telecommunications clients. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone eager to develop a career in project coordination, customer delivery, or telecoms operations. Previous administration experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects across the division
- Maintain consultant schedules, project trackers, and supporting documentation
- Assist with project plans, status updates, and reporting
- Work with Programme Management and Finance teams to support accurate customer invoicing
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delivery issues where required
- Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the wider Networks & Engineering team
- Ensure compliance with company policies relating to Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and Information Security
- Support the wider business with additional administrative tasks as required
