Manage all engineering deliverables for the assigned scope - ensuring statutory and consultant approvals, timely procurement and submittals, and rigorous drafting / validation controls - so that the project is handed over fully compliant, on programme and within cost targets.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or
- 10+ years' experience
- MEP Experience is a must have
- Large scale production/ modular production a benefit
- Data Centre experience preferred.
- GCC/ME Experience not required, but beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Enforce contract, statutory and consultant specifications throughout design, construction and close out stages.
- Prepare material submittals that demonstrate full specification compliance and maintain an up-to-date approval register.
- Compile method statements and risk assessments in line with HSE and QA/QC procedures and consultant expectations.
- Maintain a live procurement / long-lead schedule, following up deliveries, logging delays and flagging programme impacts.
- Distribute current, approved drawings to site teams and promptly relay scope changes to Commercial.
- Lead the Drafting team: verify drawings, keep a four-week look-ahead register, and coordinate output with offshore resources.
- Conduct value-engineering studies and detailed material take-offs with Senior Engineers and Construction Managers.
- Validate design, engineering and installation details for compliance, functionality and maintainability; secure supplier commitments on testing & commissioning, spares, warranties and defect-liability before issuing PRs/LPOs.
- Plan and execute all design-validation activities, ensuring conformity with project specifications and industry standards.
- Supervise on-site installations, guaranteeing adherence to the Project Quality Plan, programme and workmanship standards.
- Direct specialist subcontractors and maintain close coordination with MEP supervision, inspectors and project staff.
- Contribute technical insight and progress updates at project meetings, support testing and commissioning phases.
- Record weekly efficiencies, changes, constraints and deviations, report to Senior Project Engineer.
- Resolve on-site challenges proactively to maintain safety, quality and schedule.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties aligned with business needs.
