The Mission
We are looking for a high-level Growth Director to own the top-of-funnel strategy for our roster of high-performing creators. You aren't just managing social media; you are engineering the physics of the funnel. You will be the single point of responsibility for ensuring that our "Traffic" engine is always running hot, so our "Sales" engine (the Chat Team) always has a full house to convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the Traffic Generation Funnel
- The "Fixer" Mentality: When a creator’s revenue dips, you don't wait for a prompt. You diagnose the traffic leak, audit the social media hooks, and pivot the strategy to pump fresh, high-intent leads to the subscription platforms.
- Metric Stewardship: You will live in the data, tracking Revenue Velocity and SLA metrics to identify which creators need a strategic marketing push.
- Narrative & Content Engineering
- Content Pillars: You will develop and enforce personality-driven content strategies (e.g., podcast clip farming, high-conversion "Text on Screen" narratives, and "parasocial" hooks) that move beyond "pretty" content into "high-conversion" content.
- Creator Consulting: You will lead the "Strategy Audits" with creators, delivering actionable tips and guides that go beyond basic posting schedules to ensure they are building a brand that converts.
- Strategic Alignment & Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Leadership: You will act as the bridge between Marketing and the Community Management to ensure that the "tease" on social media perfectly aligns with the revenue goals of the community team.
- Operational Accountability: You will hold creators accountable for delivering the raw materials needed for your marketing engine.
- Agency Brand Support (Secondary)
- Support the founders in the marketing and B2B growth of the agency itself. This includes assisting with case studies, "high-signal" proposal documents, and maintaining the agency’s reputation as a market leader.
The Profile: Who You Are
- Influencer Specialist: You have 3–5+ years of experience in influencer management, talent agencies, or high-growth DTC marketing. You know how to make a personality "go viral."
- Psychological Edge: You understand why people click. You treat social media like a behavioral science experiment, not an art project.
- Data-Driven: You are comfortable using complex spreadsheets and automated reports to drive your decision-making. You prioritise Revenue Velocity over "likes."
- Assertive Leader: You aren't afraid to get on a call with a creator and tell them their content is falling short—and then show them exactly how to fix it.
The Environment
- Time Zone: We operate primarily in GMT (9 am – 9 pm).
- Focus: We value high-conversion over high-fashion. We build brands that make money.
