Workshop Manager – Pulhams Coaches, Bourton-on-the-Water (GL54 2HQ) We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced workshop manager to lead our team of engineers at Pulhams. Reporting to the Area Engineering Manager, you’ll form part of our depot leadership team at the heart of delivering vital transport services across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and beyond. Salary of up to £60,000 per annum Monday – Friday day shift pattern 33 days annual leave Training courses available with opportunities for career progressionYou’ll ensure the smooth running of the engineering function at Pulhams Depot. The operation and fleet have grown significantly in recent years to over 130 buses & coaches. You’ll need to maximise productivity for optimum service delivery, whilst providing strong leadership and guidance to team of 10 multi-skilled engineering colleagues. We’re looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of heavy/commercial vehicle maintenance, a strong understanding of DVSA standards and experience in similar management or supervisor roles within the transport sector.
