What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting aerospace certification and airworthiness activities
  • Assisting with technical documentation and compliance reviews
  • Working alongside Design, Systems Safety, and Engineering teams
  • Supporting engineering audits and regulatory activities
  • Learning how aerospace systems are certified and approved
  • Developing technical knowledge within highly regulated aerospace environments

What They’re Looking For

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
  • Around 2-3 years of industry exposure through:
    • Graduate programmes
    • Sandwich placements
    • Internships
    • Early-career engineering roles
  • Passion for aerospace, defence, and advanced technology
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Any exposure to EASA, FAA, UK CAA, UK MAA, Part 21, or Part 145 environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Work on genuinely advanced aerospace & defence systems
  • Structured mentoring from experienced aerospace specialists
  • Clear development pathways and long-term progression
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Modern collaborative engineering environment
  • Strong investment in training and professional development
  • Opportunity to build a long-term career within a global aerospace organisation

This role would particularly suit someone looking to move beyond a traditional graduate position and develop within a highly technical, safety-critical engineering environment.
