Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Warwickshire
Salary: £48,000 – £56,000
Shift: 4 on 4 off | 2 Days / 2 Nights
Hours: 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00
We are looking for an Electrically Qualified Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large‑scale, 24/7 industrial operation in Warwickshire.
This is a hands‑on role working on high‑power industrial equipment, with a strong focus on electrical fault‑finding and maintenance.
The Role
- Reactive breakdown response and fault‑finding
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Working on motors, drives, control systems and industrial machinery
- Working at height when required
- Supporting improvements to plant reliability and uptime
- Completing maintenance records and documentation
Requirements
- Electrical qualification – essential
- Level 3 Electrical/Engineering qualification
- Strong electrical fault‑finding experience
- Good mechanical maintenance skills
- Previous heavy industrial / high‑power manufacturing experience
- Experience working on motors and industrial equipment
- Comfortable working at height
- Strong health & safety awarenessHeavy industry, steel, manufacturing, processing or similar backgrounds are particularly relevant.
