We currently have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Sprayers either from body shop or Accident repair background or similar to join a contract until the end of the year in Manchester working on Trains. Working in a train depot you will be required to prep carriages and carry out smart repairs to surfaces ready for Decal application.

This role has an attractive rate of £25.00 Per Hour Ltd OUTSIDE IR35, and will be conducted Monday to Wednesday on an Afternoon shift (1200-1200) with a Thursday or Friday 9 hour shift (Alternating) totalling a 45 hour week.

Job Details:
  • Preparation work: Perform high-quality prep work on Carriage paintwork to remove surface defects ready for Decal application.
  • Smart paint repair: Apply touch ups to paint work in and around the area of work to a quality standard using spraying techniques.
Job Experience:
  • Experience of working in a vehicle Smart repair or similar environment.
  • Rolling Stock experience is an advantage.
  • A working knowledge of H&S responsibilities.

You must also be able to pass a Medical, Drug & Alcohol screening.
