TXM Recruit are looking for an experienced technician with strong building fabric and roofing knowledge to support a 6 week project in Wantage.

Start Date: Tuesday 26th May

End Date: Friday 3rd July

Pay: £25.53p/h

Duties:

  • All external works to the outside of the building
  • Repairing and painting windows
  • Repairing general woodwork
  • Boarding up windows
  • Painting windows, sub-stones and keystones
  • Making good and painting render
  • Clearing vegetation
  • Removing old brickwork scattered around site
