Are you an experienced administrator with TUPE knowledge? Have you previously been part of a TUPE process? If so, TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a high-profile railway client who are looking for an experienced Administrator with knowledge of the TUPE process to support a client during a period of change. This role is based in Stratford, London on a 3-month contract paying £130 per day (PAYE).
The TUPE transfer process requires a high level of administration work to ensure it is managed in line with legal guidelines. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the TUPE process and demonstrate experience working to tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities:- Create mail merges and send communications to circa 3000 colleagues
- Arrange meetings
- Manage the sharing of relevant employee information
- Respond to queries and requests for information
- Previous TUPE knowledge and experience (required)
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and web-based systems.
- Organised and methodical
- Ability to prioritise deadlines
- Pro-active individual with an ability to engage and work with others
- Previous experience working in a high-end, fast paced environment
- GCSE’s minimum Grade C in English and Maths
