TXM Recruit are currently looking for an experienced Engineer with an F-GAS qualification based in or around the South of England to join an existing facilities management team. You'll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client's first point of call for PPM works including Air Conditioning, Heating, Heat Pumps, Electrical services and emergency lighting.
Salary: £43,705.00 per annum + door to door pay.
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No call-out or weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work.
- Carry out a range of other tasks when required, completing fire alarm checks, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
- There will be some associated PPM tasks that are Refrigeration Biased subject to your skill set so training will be provided.
- During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams.
