Established in 2005, the TXM Group is a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment and consulting business which currently comprises 14 brands, totalling 450 staff, spanning the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our finance team, with ownership of entity P&L and Balance sheet as well as opportunity to business partner with the wider business to support decision making and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the Management Accounts to include P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Providing reports, insight and analysis on gross margin and overhead variances against both forecast and budget.
  • Work in close collaboration to support commercial & operational team, with visibility of the senior management team.
  • Ownership of reconciliation of the Balance Sheet, including Invoice Discounting.
  • Maintaining and enhancing financial accounting systems, processes and controls.
  • Ad hoc support for divisional and group analysis and project work.
  • Preparation of Working papers for Annual Statutory Accounts and assisting with audit reviews.
  • VAT Calculation, Reconciliation, Reporting & Submission to HMRC.
