TXM Recruit currently has an opportunity for a FM Bid Writer to work for one of the UKs leading construction groups to join their office team in Solihull.
- Schedule - Monday to Friday 40 hours in OFFICE
- Location – Solihull
As Bid Writer, you’ll play a key part in developing compelling, high-quality bid submissions that clearly demonstrate our capability and value.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business, you’ll gather insights, shape engaging content, and help deliver winning proposals that are both creative and technically robust.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, persuasive written responses for pre-qualification and tender submissions
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end bid submission process
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams to gather technical and commercial information
- Support storyboarding sessions and help develop bid strategies and key themes
- Ensure submissions are tailored, accurate, and aligned with client requirements and deadlines
- Edit, proofread, and enhance content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Analyse previous submissions to identify improvements and share learning
- Support the creation of marketing materials, award submissions, and presentations
- Develop capability statements, expressions of interest, and other supporting documents
