TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Shutter and Gate Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies as part of their expansive and rapidly growing Shutters and Gates department.
Salary: up to 48,812 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday + Door to Door pay
Emergency on Call: 1-in-4. (Starts once competent)
You will be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work on a mixture of Shutter Gates, Automatic Gates, Sliding Doors, Industrial Doors and Gates and more. This position will be travelling around various sites in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair and installation on all types of doors and gates
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs to estate equipment
- Complete Shutter and Gate Surveys and Reports as necessary
- Liaise with HQ to bring in specialist contractors if required
