About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering highly technical engineering talent to Data Centres across Italy. You will bring a data driven mindset to both contract and permanent recruitment, owning the full end to end process, from sourcing and screening to proactively building future talent pipelines across high demand engineering specialisms. You will support hiring across roles including:
- Civil / Structural Engineers
- Electrical Engineers
- Mechanical Engineers
- Facilities / Critical Systems Engineers
- Network Engineers
This role requires an individual who is comfortable managing executive level searches while simultaneously handling high volume requisitions, supporting a rapidly scaling function in a fast paced environment.
