TXM Recruit are supporting an industrial electrical company based in Rushden, Northampton, who have been operating for over 40 years with the onboarding of 2 new permanent installation engineers. The company has won Northamptonshire's SME Employer of the Year within the last 10 years and is looking to continue this success.

Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 DOE

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am to 4pm. 20 minute guaranteed break for food and rest when driving.

Location: 60 minute radius from Rushden NN10

Other: Door to Door pay, Work Van / Fuel. 6am-6pm 1x rate, 6pm-12pm 1.5x rate, 12pm-6am 2x rate. Any weekend work is double time. Travel time paid once reached site or when at NN10 postcode.

The work will involve the installation of products to EICR and maintenance on a variety of industrial sites including Recycling, Printing, Farming, and Processing Plants. Responsibilities include:

  • Installation of Distribution Board
  • Installing electrical supplies and all lights
  • 16amp Supply up to 2000amp MCCB Board
  • Emergency Stop Supply systems
  • Control Panel repairs
  • Other electrical repairs as required
