TXM Recruit are working with a rail business to recruit a Production Manager who can take responsibility for implementing change while delivering the fleet maintenance plan. This role is permanent and based in Buckinghamshire.
£70,000 – £75,000 + benefits
Job Purpose
- Manage maintenance depot, including all production activities, workload planning and depot facilities.
- Ensure that resource levels and facilities are managed to deliver the maintenance plan.
- Deliver all activities in accordance with business targets.
- Lead and motivate team to drive forward safety, quality and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with the requirements of the Safety Certificate and Safety Management System.
Experience & Qualifications
- ONC NVQ L4 or higher
